How to choose FVDs:

• Select FVD based on:

  • the focal length of your taking lens

  • the camera sensor crop factor to avoid vignette

• For FVD-8A, FVD-16A, FVD-24A and FVD-35A:

  • Recommend pairing 35-80mm taking lens

  • FVD-35A covers 45mm & 2x scope on a full frame sensor

  • FVD-24A covers 55mm & 2x scope on a full frame sensor

  • FVD-16A covers 85mm & 2x scope on a full frame sensor

  • FVD-8A covers 100mm & 2x scope on a full frame sensor

• For FVD-16B:

  • Recommend pairing 85-135mm taking lens

  • FVD-16B covers 115mm & 2x scope on a full frame sensor

• For FVD-35NP

  • Recommend paring 35-85mm taking lens

  • FVD-35NP covers 50mm & 1.6x scope on a full frame sensor

  • Need to set both taking lens and anamorphic lens to focus at 0.9m (check HERE)
